Donating to Extend-A-Family

Although we receive funding from the Ministry of Children Community and Social Services, we must raise additional funds to make up the shortfall.  If you would like to see Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family continue to serve children and teens with special needs in this area as it has for 40 years, please give generously.  We provide receipts for donations of $20.00 or more.

You can donate directly through e-transfer to us using our email eaf@execulink.com. Please specify in the note portion of the e-transfer that you are making a donation.

We also provide the use of PayPal to allow secure donations to be made.

In-House Programs Pre-Screening Form

All participants must complete a pre-screening survey online each time prior to attending our programs. Participants will not be permitted to join in-person events until a parent/guardian has successfully completed the survey.

Please note: Participants will be asked to have their temperature checked using a contactless thermometer prior to entry.
