It’s Easy to Register!
If you have a child or teenager with a developmental delay, and think they could benefit from programs offered by our organization, simply complete the Natural Family Application and either fill one in online or send it to us via email, traditional mail or arrange for a time to drop it off in person.
Once we've received your application, a Family Coordinator will be in touch to set up a time to meet with you and your child.
Please note that if your child has a diagnosis of ASD, we need to receive a referral from your Resource Coordinator at Contact Hamilton before the registration process can begin for your family.

This group is for families registered with Hamilton & District Extend-A-Family who are looking to connect with other families who may face similar day-to-day challenges. The intent of this group is to offer a safe and confidential space to share resources and information, ask questions, and support one another.
